- 1 Packet Chicken Sausages (cut into cubes)
- 2 Medium Potatoes (cut into bite size)
- 1 Large Onion (chopped julliene)
- 2 Pips Garlic (smashed)
- Ginger (optional)
- 2 Fresh red chillies
- 6 Dried Red Chillies
- Salt (to taste)
- Lemon Juice
- Fry the sausage & potatoes and keep aside.
- Grind the chillies into a paste.
- Fry the onions and garlic till fragrant.
- Add grinded chillies & salt till you see the oil floating.
- Add in sausage and potatoes n mix well.
- Add water if necessary.
- Serve with rice, bread & other dishes.
