Ingredients
- 500 grams Fish cut into slices or pieces (You can choose any variety of fish that you prefer)
- 3 Bunches Methi Leaves (pick the leaves n some stems and cut them into bite size)
- 2 Medium Onions (finely sliced)
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 Inch Ginger (finely minced)
- 3 Pips Chopped Garlic ( finely minced)
- 2 Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 2 teaspoon Green chillies (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Apply little salt and turmeric powder to the fish.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry the fish till golden brown. Place the fish on a paper towel and set aside.
- In the same oil, fry the onion till golden brown. Next add in the green chili, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Cook till the tomatoes are mushy.
- Next add in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala powder.
- Throw in the methi / fenugreek leaves and cook till the leaves change it's color.
- Add in a cup of water and cook for a minute. Now add the fried fish. and cook till all the masala is coated to the fish.
