Ingredients
Plain Lassi (salted)
- 3/4 Cups Plain Yogurt or Curd
- 6 Ice Cubes (crushed)
- 1 1/2 Ice Water
- Salt (to taste)
Sweetened Lassi
- 1 1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt or Curd
- Ice Cubes (crushed)
- 1 1/2 Ice Water
- 2 teaspoon White Sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, blend the yogurt, ice, water, sugar and salt until mixture becomes frothy.
- Pour mixture over ice cubes in tall/short glasses.
