Punjabi Masala Tea

Ingredients

  • Tea Leaves
  • Cardamom (to be dry grinded)
  • Cloves (to be dry grinded)
  • Fennel Seeds (to be dry grinded)
  • 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 3 teaspoon Condensed Milk
  • Sugar (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil 3 tbsp tea leaves in 3 cups of water.
  2. After 15 minutes, add in grinded spices and boil for 15 minutes.
  3. Add in both the milk and leave on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Sieve it and serve it hot with pakoras, samosas or light sandwiches.
