Ingredients
- Tea Leaves
- Cardamom (to be dry grinded)
- Cloves (to be dry grinded)
- Fennel Seeds (to be dry grinded)
- 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 3 teaspoon Condensed Milk
- Sugar (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil 3 tbsp tea leaves in 3 cups of water.
- After 15 minutes, add in grinded spices and boil for 15 minutes.
- Add in both the milk and leave on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Sieve it and serve it hot with pakoras, samosas or light sandwiches.
