Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour (Atta)
- Pinch of Ghee
- Water
Instructions
- Mix flour with water and a pinch of ghee.
- Knead it gently mixing water bit by bit.
- Leave it 15 minutes before you make medium sized balls and roll the rotis.
- Fry them on a heated tawa 1 by 1 brushing it with butter or ghee.
- Usually served hot with dhalls, vegetables and meat curries.
