  • 1 Cup Flour (Atta)
  • Pinch of Ghee
  • Water


  1. Mix flour with water and a pinch of ghee.
  2. Knead it gently mixing water bit by bit.
  3. Leave it 15 minutes before you make medium sized balls and roll the rotis.Roti
  4. Fry them on a heated tawa 1 by 1 brushing it with butter or ghee.
  5. Usually served hot with dhalls, vegetables and meat curries.
